Grady`s Pizza & Subs in Little Rock

My family and I have been patrons of this Grady's location since it opened and frequented the one on 12th street for most of my life. We had a reservation for eleven people and four did not show up at the last minute. I understand this inconvenience, but the restaurant was completely empty at the time (reservation was for 5:30, well before the dinner rush). The manager was extremely rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. She made snide comments while forcing us to move tables twice, saying things like "Well, we already rearranged everything over THERE for you guys" and "Well, if you had CALLED beforehand..." Our server was polite and accommodating (despite also being chastised by the manager in front of us and the other restaurant guests) and the food was fine, but we will not be back.

Pizza places are a dime a dozen in Little Rock, but a unique sandwich place is cool. Grady's has been a favorite of mine for a long time, this new location is way more convenient!Now for a recommendation, go for the Grinder! It's different than any other sandwich I've tried (get it on the onion roll)!

Friendly staff who provide a quick service. Would highly recommend the pesto pasta dish! Would definitely go here again and highly recommend.

Absolutely so rude. As I was walking out a male bartender shouted at me to smile honey. Everyone in the restaurant hears it, it is rude to shout anything to anyone no matter who it is. Unwelcoming, bad service, all the servers were dressed slouchy. Haven't eaten there and never will now.

Customers service is ok. That is my experience as a bitesquad driver.

Food was good, service was slow. Having been on lunch break, I had to get my food to go. The place wasn't even busy.

You should seriously consider a new manager (Todd is rude and unprofessional). Long wait times (on hold for 21 minutes). It took calling six times just to get that. Todd was dismissive and your phone rang constantly once I got there, since I had 21 minutes of wait time to drive over. Once he finally decided to assist me he was dismissive and rude! This is the last time EVER at this place and I will spread the word unless this is addressed!

Awesome place to chill and eat. Awesome grill. Little bit of everything from pizza to salads. We love to come, drink some wine, and try a new pizza. They also do trivia which we don’t stick around for but draws a fun crowd. Servers are fast to serve you. We come here to eat at least once a week. Thanks for keeping the place like it is we enjoy it.

Wonderful service..Amazing food..Wonderful prices..Awesome atmosphere..Our server Marie was AMAZING and made sure our group of 9 were taken care of from start to finish! Grady's always has some sort of special going and is always my "go to" for Saturday or Sunday lunch! Check out the Mimosa buckets on weekends. Grady's is my hidden jewel.

This new Grady's location is really nice. Staff was extremely accommodating and Sunday Brunch specials were so affordable. $1 Mimosas $2 Bloody Mary's I believe.. unheard of prices these days

The BEST pizza 🍕. I love their supreme pizza. The pizza is not greasy, the food is fresh and delicious. Love love their food, especially their pizza!

Ordered a chicken pesto pasta dish and pizza from the online menu to go tonight. my daughter loves pesto pasta but not so much pizza. when i arrived at the drive thru i was told they no longer had the pasta dish. the manager Leslie came to the window without being requested and offered a substitute pasta for no charge. offered a discount on the rest of the meal beyond that. my daughter loved her chicken and pasta dish and the pizza was its consistently great self. been here many times. Great customer service and always great food. Thank you also Leslie!

Waiter got half our order wrong and it was not a complicated order. It was after 9 and they were slow so not sure why it seemed overwhelming to our waiter. Wrong size soup - then did not comply with the request for dressing on the side... I would not choose to go there again.

My sandwich was truly tasty, as was the side of potato salad. Honestly the best potato salad I've had in the USA. Everyone enjoyed their pizza but they were out of 'Steves Cheese' which I'm told is something special. Staff were really friendly.

I work close by and so come here frequently for lunch or take home for dinner. This is a locally owned and operated place with quality food, friendly servers and many regulars. I'm often greeted by name. Over the years, if I ever had an issue, the owner or manager or server would personally make it right.

The pizza was great. We got the meat lovers and it was loaded with meat and cheese. The reason they are getting a low score is because their wings are horrible. No seasoning and no taste at all.

Went in for a salad, it was huge, fresh tasting. Place was quiet as I went in mid afternoon. Server was friendly and helpful.

Grady's new location is "the bomb" my family loves the old location,but this new location has blown it out of the water! They even have burgers, that are the best in town!! This place is a must try, it even has a full bar!

Long wait time over 30 mins. And I placed a call in 35 mins ahead before I even arrived at the restaurant.

The food was good, but customer service was horrible.

Nice environment, foods not bad either.We did have to wait quite a while for someone to take our order , we were only one of 6 tables, but once they got us going, service was ok.

We showed up 45 minutes till closing. I thought they were open later. But everyone was really friendly and the pizza was great. My only suggestion... The place looks closed at night. Very dark around the building. Add more lights to brighten the building up.

Food was excellent. Service was lacking. Not enough servers for a Friday night. Orders were confused. Long wait for service. It's much better at lunchtime.Update:We went back for lunch 4 days later. Service and food was excellent!
